Avonlea is designed as a village and neighborhood reminiscent of our historic American towns. Avonlea will include opportunities not found in other new communities. The individual villages of Avonlea will include different combinations of residential, commercial and office opportunities. Phase 1 is in Avonlea's Commerce Center and has buildings offered for sale and for rent. There are also building sites available which are approved for immediate construction

Avonlea is located along the northern boundary of Stuart directly between Stuart and Jensen Beach. Avonlea's location is highly accessible to all the amenities of the Treasure Coast via SR 707, Savanna Rd (SR723), and Baker RD.
